Shipping policy
All Marie Originals orders are picked, packed and shipped from our facility at 401 N Middletown Road, Building 205, Pearl River, New York 10965.
United States
- Free Standard shipping on orders of $20.00 and up.
- On orders under $20.00, live carrier rates are calculated at checkout and you choose the service you prefer.
- Services available at checkout: UPS Ground, UPS Ground Saver, UPS Next Day Air Saver, USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail.
- Delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. Transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Marie Originals.
International
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated live at checkout and include a 20% handling fee.
- DHL Express Worldwide - duties can be prepaid at checkout where offered.
- USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International.
Where duties are not prepaid at checkout, any import duties, taxes and customs charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Local delivery and pickup
We do not currently offer local delivery or in-store pickup.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible at support@marieoriginals.com. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, we cannot change the delivery address or recall the parcel.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where applicable. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping, and we will cover return shipping. You will not be charged for our error.
