These really are heavy duty. They are thick, pre-moistened, and compared to a Bounty paper towel or a blue shop towel, they are very heavy physically. I tried pulling them apart along the two edges and they did not tear easily.

They're super portable and great for travel, camping, gym, car, etc. I personally wouldn't waste them in the garage if I had running water and soap nearby.
